Lisa Oxenhandler
Lisa Oxenhandler has seen a tremendous amount of change within the industry since coming to CAC in 1991. One thing that has not changed, however, is the pleasure she receives when introducing a candidate to a company where they go to work for the long-term; there are a couple of candidates still working with companies where Lisa placed them when she first came to CAC.
“My personal mission is to help employers find employees of the highest caliber, while helping candidates find the best job they can imagine. I want people to think of me when they, or anyone they know, are looking for a new position or a new staff member. It’s my desire that each person I work with realize I have their best interest at heart.” -Lisa
Sharon Spengler
Sharon Spengler has been helping people find jobs, by filling employer needs, much longer than she cares to remember. Sharon takes pride in the longevity of the people she has placed and the repeat business of her satisfied clients. It is all about the people — all of the people — candidates and clients.

Patty Shofner
Patty Shofner joined Career Advancement Corporation in 2000 after working as a corporate manger. Having been on the other side of the fence allows her to understand what the employers are looking for as well as the type of candidates they will choose.
“I love making a significant difference in someone's life. Not only finding the candidate a perfect opportunity where they can grow, flourish and be part of a team but also provide significant job satisfaction. This is my way of helping others and that is what I enjoy the most.” -Patty
